  • Fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals once unpacked
  • Perishable agricultural goods
  • Tools or equipment showing signs of misuse
  • Products with tampered packaging

3. Return Process
Step 1 – Contact Support

Email or call us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Photos of the damaged or wrong item
  • Reason for return
Step 2 – Approval

Our team will verify the issue and approve the return or replacement.

Step 3 – Pickup or Drop-off

Eligible items will be collected from your address or may need to be dropped off at a nearby courier center.

 


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement
  • The return claim is approved
  • The product is returned in original condition (where applicable)

Refund Time

After Shipping
