Refund & Return Policy

At MORNING MOO FARMSTEAD, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering quality agriculture products to our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product

Certain products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, and perishable agricultural items may not be eligible for return due to safety and quality reasons unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals

  • Perishable goods (plants, saplings, fresh produce)

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at morningmoofarmsteadpvtltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, product details, and clear images/videos showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return (subject to eligibility).
